This quaint 1920's room which is separate from the main house has high ceilings, central heat and AC.  Separate outside entrance for your privacy.  There is a table that accommodates two for eating or working.  Equipped with a large refrigerator and microwave with a storage table for dry goods.  Paper plates and silverware are provided for basic meals.  A TV with basic network channels and Netflix. 

 

The updated bathroom with a walk in hot shower is just a few steps from your door is located through the courtyard and in the garage.  A lock and key is provided for your privacy and is not shared with any other guests.  

 

The courtyard is a shared area on the property with beautiful live oak trees.  There is a patio area with a table and umbrella that will accommodate four where you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage or meal.  A Weber Gas Grill is also available for your use.

In downtown Saint Petersburg
 

Downtown St Pete only a few blocks away offers great diversity of cultural, outdoor attractions, shops, and many restaurants.  Bike rentals and public transportation are very accessible.  The world-renowned Dali Museum displaying some of Salvador Dali's most impressive art is nearby.  October through May you can stroll downtown to the Saturday morning market (among the top 20 markets in the country) only steps from the waterfront and enjoy live music, fresh produce, great food, and crafts.  Catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field or take in a show or concert at the Mahaffey Theater.  A Foodie's dream is at the Locale Market where you can find world-class cuisine to fit anyone's palate.  Prepared food to eat in or cook it your favorite way.  Very close by is the serene Sunken Gardens with luscious tropical gardens and cascading waterfalls. Easy access to I-275, USF St Pete, Eckerd College, and beaches.  Ft DeSoto Park has 7 miles of waterfront, beaches, 2 fishing piers, trails for biking and rollerblading, and rentals for canoes and kayaks.  There is a 2-mile paddle trail to explore the coastline.  Dogs are welcomed at the extensive leash-free dog beach.  

Hop on the Looper Trolley downtown St Pete and visit the quaint Pass-A-Grille with beautiful white sand beach or stop in St Pete Beach and enjoy scrumptious fresh seafood such as grouper, stone crabs, snapper, oysters, or clams.
