Brocante Market - The first weekend of each month until November brings the Brocante Market where the savvy shopper can find all manner of up-cycled, vintage or just plain interesting items. Peruse the 15,000 feet of goods from many vendors. 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday at 2200 2nd Ave S in St. Pete.
Grand Central District Beer Day - Okay, so this one is less for the kiddos and more for the adults but the proceeds go for a great cause. Some of St Pete's finest breweries will be coming together in this community event to honor the district. Each participating brewery will brew a Grand Central fruited wheat which will be released June 1st. Every Grand Central Wheat sold on this day will have $1 go towards Pet Pal Animal Shelter – a local no-kill animal rescue. All participating breweries are walking/biking distance so grab a coast bike and get ready for a day of sampling exclusive, locally brewed wheat ales!
Rays Vs Twins - Feeling competitive but more in the mood to watch than play? Nothing says summer more than a day at the beach followed by an evening baseball game, and you’re well placed to enjoy both in St. Pete/Clearwater—because from all our white-sand beaches you can easily head for the Trop (Tropicana Field) to cheer on American League East baseball contenders The Tampa Bay Rays. With fierce opponents, the action is always hot at Rays baseball games. Pick from the games happening below, or daydream about your next visit and watch our Tampa Bay Rays baseball video.
