Looking for something to do while the weather is fine?  Look no more, there is plenty going on to get you in the sunshine.  Thursday March 28th will see the season start for the Tampa Bay Ray's - head to DownTown St Petersburg and Tropicana Field for the season home opener.  Major League Baseball season opens the season on Thursday March 28th! Watch the Tampa Bay Rays usher in the 2019 season in St. Pete against the Houston Astros at 4 p.m.  Click HERE for more information!



Seeking something that speaks a little more to being on the water? The Gulfport Grand Prix might hit the spot! Easily accessible from downtown St Pete or the coastal areas such as Pass-a-Grille and St Pete Beach, the Gulfport Grand Prixfeatures Formula Powerboat Racing and a boat show. Hosted in Gulfport, the downtown area will be transformed into a mecca of activity along Shore Boulevard for three days of racing and fun! Formula Race Boats with an open public pit area will make the Gulfport Recreation Center home for the weekend, and the antique boat show and the pleasure boat display will line the street. Also, enjoy food, drinks, music and more and this family friendly event. Mar. 29, 2019 – Mar. 31, 2019  Admission is free! 

Head back to Saint Petersburg Saturday March 30th for some great kick in the grass action!  Kick it at Al Lang Stadium and cheer on the Tampa Bay Rowdies! Experience the electrifying home games with stands packed with fans cheering the team on with age old songs and chants, top notch concessions, and an outdoor stadium situated right on the waterfront of downtown St. Pete. Gates open 60 minutes prior to kickoff
